We performed a postoperative CMR study in a patient, in whom 3 months previously a venous bypass graft to the right coronary artery was implanted with the help of a new coronary connector published in Circulation 2002 (DOI: 10.1161/01.cir.0000032892.55215.b5).
This study shows CMR images in a patient with grafting to the distal portion of the RCA. Coronary flow reserve was calculated after Adenosin Stress Imaging of the RCA. Flow was measured with breath hold QF and quantitated using MEDIS Softweare. Coronary flow during vasodilator stress was 71 ml/min.
